MIPI Alliance kicked off 2026 with an high-energy first quarter, marked by the release of new specifications, participation in key industry events and member collaboration at Member Meeting #71 in Montreal. We also had the opportunity to welcome two new Contributor members and more than a dozen new Adopter members to the Alliance from 1 January to 31 March 2026.
We look forward to working with the following companies joining the more than 372 MIPI Alliance members worldwide developing and implementing MIPI specifications.
With their Contributor memberships, representatives of Nanjing Smartvision Electronics Co., Ltd. and Mobileye Vision Technologies Ltd. can now join MIPI working groups to participate in the development of specifications and technical resources, as well as attend MIPI Alliance member meetings.
These new Adopter members have access to the complete library of MIPI specifications and supporting resources, as well as draft specifications during the final stage of the adoption process. They'll also have the opportunity to attend MIPI interoperability workshops, participate in marketing opportunities and receive member-only updates.

The next Contributor trial period will begin on 1 May 2026, allowing participants to join working groups, provide inputs into working group activities and attend MIPI Alliance Member Meeting #72, 22-26 June, in Berlin, Germany.
