Yes. Core I3C infrastructure has been added to the Linux Kernel as part of the I3C subsystem. The I3C subsystem also includes drivers for several I3C Controller devices and IP core implementations, including MIPI I3C HCI–compliant Host Controllers (see [MIPI13]).
