Table-top demos will be presented 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (one space per company/organization) and available to MIPI Contributor and Adopter-level members. The deadline for form submissions is 12 August 2024, although the opportunity may close sooner if requests have been submitted for all available spaces.

Following the deadline, or sooner depending on the number of requests received, the MIPI Alliance team will respond to confirm space assignments and demo display details. Please note that spaces will be assigned according to requests made (first-come, first-served, neighboring demo, etc.).

 

Set up and Inclusions

Set up will begin at 7 a.m. on the day of the event (11 September), noting equipment should not be left unattended. Demos should be staffed during the event hours. Tear down should be complete by 5 p.m.

Space will include two chairs, one power strip and one table, measuring 76 cm high x 183 cm wide x 60 cm deep (30 inches high x 72 inches wide x 24 inches deep). Each space is a maximum of 3.048m (120 inches). Backdrops behind tables must NOT EXCEED 3.048m (120 inches).

Requests for additional tables cannot be accommodated.

Breaks and light lunch are included.

 

Branding & Signage

Branding is allowed only on the table. Background signage, free-form banner displays and/or drapes cannot be set up, hung against or attached to the hotel property walls.
