The MIPI Alliance working groups are at the heart of the organization. It is from these targeted groups that MIPI specifications are developed. The organization currently has more than a dozen working groups which span the mobile device design. Participation is open to Founders, Promoters and Contributor member companies. While Adopter members do not participate in working groups, they do have access to the resulting specifications.

For more information about the operation of working groups within MIPI Alliance, please see the Group Procedures & Managing Group Status document.
