Hiroo Takahashi is a deputy general manager at Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation in Japan. Since joining Sony in 2001, he has held engineering and management roles focused on digital design and the development and standardization of interface technologies for CMOS image sensors (CIS). His work includes image sensor interface architecture, practical implementation and industry standards development for mobile, automotive and sensing applications.
Hiroo received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Waseda University, his master’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Tokyo, and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (M.S.E.E.) from the University of Southern California.
