Sleeping Room Reservations
MIPI Alliance and The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter hotel have negotiated room block rates of $269 USD single/double, $289 USD triple and $309 USD quadruple. Complimentary basic Wi-Fi access is included in guest rooms for all Marriott Bonvoy members.
Quoted sleeping room rates will be offered based on availability, three calendar days before and after the event dates of 3-7 June 2024. The sleeping room reservation deadline date is 10 May 2024.
Please bear in mind that there are large events taking place at the same time as the MIPI member meeting; therefore hotel occupancy has increased and room rates are increasing rapidly. MIPI has negotiated a special room block rate with the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter hotel. We encourage you to book now to secure your sleeping room.

Cancellation, Tax & Child Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.
The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter hotel confirms that the group rates plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.77%), occupancy tax (10.5%), San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment (2%) and CA assessment fee (0.27%) will be in effect at the time of check-in.
Children 17 years or younger may stay free of charge in adult’s room with existing bedding.
