Sleeping Room Reservations

MIPI Alliance and the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok have negotiated a special room block rate of 5,200 THB single ($160 USD) / 5,600 THB ($172 USD) for a Deluxe Riverview sleeping room (which includes 7% prevailing taxes and 10% service charge 17.7%). The deadline date to secure this rate is 22 October.

Quoted sleeping room rates will be offered based on availability, three calendar days before and after the event dates of 10-14 November 2025. The MIPI Alliance room rate is offered inclusive of breakfast and complimentary basic Wi-Fi access. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

Meals at the Member Meeting

Breakfast at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok is included in the MIPI negotiated sleeping room rate. Breakfast will not be included for those staying outside the MIPI room block. 

The meeting registration fee includes breaks, lunch (limited to the days for which you're registered for and attending working group sessions) and the social event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations after the reservation has been made will be charged with a one-night room charge penalty. No-show / shortened stay / early departure will incur the full charges of the stay.

Please do not modify or cancel your reservation through reservations@res-marriott.com. You can modify or cancel the existing reservation by emailing directly to the hotel reservation team at Res172.RoyalOrchid@sheraton.com.

Public Transport

• Transport
  • The Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok is a 20 minute walk from the Hua Lamphong metro station (Blue Line) 
  • The Transit Bangkok agency provides details on the Bangkok bus, MRT, BTS services.  
    • You can take the Airport Link City Line to Makkasan and then switch to the Blue Line to then arrive at the Hua Lamphong metro station - this journey is slow and could take up to 2 hours. 
    • The Bangkok BTS (Skytrain) is an elevated rapid transit system in Bangkok, Thailand. It consists of two lines, the Sukhumvit Line and the Silom Line. Prices range 17-64 THB / $0.55-$2 USD for a single journey, 150 THB / $4.60 USD for a one-day pass or 200 THB / $6.10 USD for a Rabbit Card.
    • The Bangkok MRT (Mass Rapid Transit), has four train lines, Blue, Purple, Yellow and Pink line. Yellow and Pink lines are operated by BTS. Prices range 21-71 THB / $0.64-$2.20 USD for a single journey. Check out the Mass Rapid Transit map.
