Nathalie Vallespin is the connectivity standards and regulations leader at STMicroelectronics. Her professional journey, which started with an engineering education, has included a variety of roles. She joined STMicroelectronics in 2018, serving as product line marketing leader in charge of wireless microcontrollers on short-range 2.4GHz connectivity products. Prior to that, she contributed for six years to the deployment and integration of NFC tag and reader-based products at STMicroelectronics, and for 10 years on GSM platforms design and architecture at Texas Instruments.
Nathalie's experience with the various development stages of a solution, from early design to marketing, has enabled her to contribute to reducing the pains and increasing gains for device makers, from the selection of the right technology, to building and selling the final product within a suitable ecosystem. She believes that connectivity has always been a highly motivating technology space; and thanks to companies inventing the future of our lives, the evolution of connectivity never stops and is always smarter and more creative.
Nathalie holds a microelectronics and automation engineering degree from Polytech Montpellier. She then received her master’s degree for innovation management, quality, and environment from Centrale School of Marseille.
