Fees
The in-person early-bird registration is $500 until 23 February 2026, $700 USD thereafter. You will be asked to provide credit card information for payment after submitting this form. Cancellations after 2 March 2026 are non-refundable.
Attendance Policy
MIPI Member Meeting #71& is intended to be an in-person event.
Remote participation
Remote participation is provided only if an individual request is made to the Working Group (WG) chair and approved by the MIPI operations director. Please submit requests by 23 February 2026. Below are the guidelines:
- In accordance with MIPI policy, all active MIPI WGs are strongly encouraged to use each MIPI-wide face-to-face Member Meeting to gather WG participants for in-person meetings. WG members are discouraged from participating remotely as it tends to slow group discussion and devalue in-person attendance. However, if an individual key contributor cannot attend and a WG chair considers their remote participation necessary for the success of the face-to-face meeting, the WG chair may request approval for the individual to attend remotely for specific agenda topic sessions.
- This request, including background details explaining why an exception is necessary and agenda sessions requested for remote support for the individual, shall be sent to the MIPI operations director for review and approval. Requests will be evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis by the MIPI operations director.
- A remote registration fee of $500 USD per individual will be applied per individual for each face-to-face meeting, regardless of the duration or amount of agenda sessions approved for remote participation. If approved, MIPI will provide a specific remote registration link to the individual to register for the face-to-face meeting and pay the registration fee in advance of the meeting.
- The WG program manager shall provide the individual with remote access details a few days before the meeting's start date and time. The WG program manager will record attendance and list remote participants in the WG meeting minutes and the Causeway face-to-face calendar event.
Meals
The meeting registration fee includes a light breakfast, breaks, lunch (limited to the days for which you're registered and attending working group sessions) and the social event. Read more about meals during the member meeting on the Travel and Accommodations page.
