Sleeping Room Reservations
MIPI Alliance and Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth hotel have negotiated a special rate of $342.41 CAD (including taxes) / $249 USD for a King or 2 Double beds sleeping room. The deadline date to secure this rate online is 23 February 2026.
Quoted sleeping room rates will be offered based on availability, three calendar days before and after the event dates of 16-20 March 2026. The MIPI Alliance room rate includes complimentary basic Wi-Fi access.
Meals at the Member Meeting
Breakfast is not included in Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth's sleeping room rate.
The meeting registration fee includes light breakfast, breaks, lunch (limited to the days for which you're registered for and attending working group sessions) the networking reception and social event.
Hotel Policies
Cancellation
Cancellation of individual reservations made up to 24 hours prior to arrival will be accepted at no charge. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one (1) night's stay including applicable taxes.
Children
Children ages 0-17 stay free in room with parents. Children 18 years and over count as an extra adult. If guests are staying on a package that includes meals or activities, additional charges may apply.
Additional charges
Rates do not include the following taxes: 1) Accommodation Hotel Room Tax 3.5%, 2) Goods and Services Tax (GST) 5% and 3) Provincial Sales Tax (PST) 9.975%.

Please note that Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth hotel does not own or operate any parking facilities. However, for your convenience, several options are available nearby. Before parking your vehicle, feel free to leave your luggage with the hotel doormen, who will gladly assist to make your arrival easier.

Entrance is located on Cathcart Street. The overnight rate is $40 (taxes included) for departures before 4 p.m., with unlimited in-and-out privileges. For visits under 12h, the rate is $30.

Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) is a 20 km / 20-minute drive to Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel.

- The Montreal Transit Corporation (STM) provides the 747 bus service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, between Montreal-Trudeau Airport (YUL) and downtown Montreal. A one-way ticket is $11.25 CAD / $8.20 USD and can be bought at the international arrivals gate 28 at the automated ticket vending machine, or in advance by downloading the Chrono mobile app or by cash on the bus (exact fare only).
- The 747-1 runs between YUL Montréal-Trudeau Airport and the Montreal Bus Station (Berri-UQAM station). It serves the Lionel-Groulx station and several hotels located on René-Lévesque Boulevard. Exit at the Mansfield station.
