Sleeping Room Reservations

MIPI Alliance and the Hilton Berlin hotel have negotiated a special rate of €215, which includes breakfast and complimentary basic Wi-Fi access for a King sleeping room. The supplement for double occupancy is €20 per room per night. The deadline date to secure this rate is 1 June 2026.

Quoted sleeping room rates will be offered based on availability, three calendar days before and after the event dates of 22-26 June 2026.

Meals at the Member Meeting

Breakfast is included in Hilton Berlin hotel's sleeping room rate and will be served in the restaurant for those who booked the MIPI room block rate.

The meeting registration fee includes breaks, lunch (limited to the days for which you're registered for and attending working group sessions) and social event.

Hotel Policies

Cancellation

A credit card is required to secure your reservation. If you wish to cancel, please do so 7 days before your arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the first night’s room and tax.

Additional charges

A 7% city tax will be applied per day.

Parking & Fitness at Hilton Berlin hotel

Parking

Self-parking is offered at the Hilton Berlin for €36 per day, and electric vehicle charging is available. Valet parking is not provided.

Fitness

For guests staying at the Hilton Berlin, the 24-hour fitness center, LivingWell Health Club, offers cardio machines, Peleton bikes, free weights and strength equipment. Guests can also enjoy an indoor pool, sauna and spa treatments.

The Hilton Berlin does not officially offer sponsor letters and /or letters of support for visa applications. Requests can be made directly with the hotel, although your sleeping room reservation should suffice.

Nearby Airport

The Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is a 26 km / 35-minute drive to Hilton Berlin hotel.

Public Transport

• From the BER airport
  • BER is directly connected to the rail network, the station is under Terminal 1. Regional trains and Airport Express (FEX) are the fastest way into central Berlin. Public transport is fully integrated and the same ticket works across train, U-Bahn (underground), S-Bahn (local railway), buses and trams. BER is in Zone C and the city center is in zones A/B. You will need a ABC ticket when leaving the airport. One ticket will cover the train, U-Bahn, S-Bahn and bus.
    • Board FEX (Airport Express) or a regional train (RE/RB). These trains run every 15 minutes and travel time to central Berlin, Potsdamer Platz is approximately 20 minutes. From the airport, go to Flughafen BER train station (under Terminal 1). Take one of these trains: FEX (Airport Express) or a regional train (RE8, RB23, etc.) or the S-Bahn S9. Disembark at one of these central stops, Potsdamer Platz or Friedrichstrasse. From there, take U-Bahn to Stadtmitte (right by the Hilton Berlin hotel), or take a 10–15 minute walk.

• • You can also take the S-Bahn (S9/S85) to the central areas, although is a little slower, approximately 40-50 minutes.
