Sleeping Room Reservations

MIPI Alliance and The Grand Hyatt Taipei hotel have negotiated a special room block rate of NT$6,800 single room or NT$7,500 double room, plus 15.5% service charge and taxes per night. These rates include American buffet breakfasts per person served in the hotel's main restaurant. Each additional buffet breakfast will be charged at NT$900 plus 10% service charge per person, per meal, in the hotel's main restaurant.

Quoted sleeping room rates will be offered based on availability, three calendar days before and after the MIPI Alliance member meeting dates of 19-23 October 2026. Secure your sleeping room by 23 September 2026.

Meals at the Member Meeting

The member meeting registration fee includes breaks, lunch and the social event.

Breakfast

• Guests staying at the The Grand Hyatt Taipei in the MIPI room block: Breakfast will be included.
• Guests NOT staying at The Grand Hyatt Taipei: Breakfast will NOT be provided, and the restaurant has the right to accept or not accept outside clients based on the occupancy or availability of seats.

For attendees at MIPI Demo Day and the MIPI I3C Plugfest events, breaks and lunch are included.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations should be guaranteed with a credit card and can be cancelled without penalty seven (7) days prior to 23:59 local time on the day of arrival, otherwise 100% of your stay / deposit will be retained.

Parking, Fitness & Spa at The Grand Hyatt Taipei hotel

In-house guests enjoy free self-parking during their stay (upon availability). Valet is offered at NT$100 and non-guests at NT$70 hourly.

Guests can take advantage of the Club Oasis Fitness Center, which is open 7 days a week, 24 hours per day, with equipment that includes computerized exercise bikes, step machines, cross-trainers, treadmills and free weights. Take advantage of the outdoor pool 06:00-21:30, the sauna: 06:00-22:30, and the Oasis Spa 11:00-22:00.

The Oasis Spa offers full-body massages, foot massages, and facial and body therapies to rejuvenate the body and mind.

Visa Requirements

The Grand Hyatt Taipei hotel does not officially offer sponsor letters and /or letters of support for visa applications. Requests can be made directly with the hotel, although your sleeping room reservation should suffice.

• Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) is approx. 47km west and a 35/40-minute drive to the hotel

  • The Taoyuan Airport MRT connects with Taipei Metro system at Taipei Main Station. Guests can transfer to the Red Tamsui-Xinyi Line. Hours: to airport 05:57-23:55; from airport 05:59- 23:36. Duration: to/from Taipei Main Station 39–52 minutes; to/from hotel 60–80 minutes. Fare: NT$160.
  • Airport bus: Air Bus 1960 offers convenient transit service between Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport terminals and Grand Hyatt Taipei hotel daily. Hours: to airport 04:40-23:00; from airport 06:05-01:05. Duration: 60–70 minutes. Stop Location: Grand Hyatt Taipei (drop-off on Songshou Road; pickup on Shifu Road outside the East Entrance) Cost: NT$190 for adults; NT$95 for concession fares (seniors 65+ and children under 12). Free for children under 6 not occupying a seat. Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 bus pickup point is at the bus pickup zone at B1 Arrivals. Taoyuan Airport Terminal 2 bus pickup point is at the bus pickup zone at the east arcade of the 1st floor Arrivals lobby. Easy Card is accepted (one card per passenger). Please tap your card upon boarding and alighting. Exact cash payment is also accepted; no change will be given.

  • Taipei Songshan Airport MRT/Subway. Take the Brown Wenhu Line at Songshan Airport Station to Daan Station, transfer to the Red Tamsui-Xinyi Line to Taipei 101/World Trade Center Station.
