MIPI capped off a busy second quarter of the year by welcoming eight new Adopter members and one new Contributor member from 1 April to 30 June 2026. We look forward to working with these companies as they join the more than 380 members worldwide developing and implementing MIPI specifications in mobile and other connected ecosystems.
New Contributor
Ampere Computing representatives can now join MIPI working groups to participate in the development of specifications and technical resources. Their Contributor membership also enables them to attend MIPI Alliance member meetings.
New Adopters
These new Adopter members have access to the complete library of MIPI specifications and supporting resources, as well as draft specifications during the final stage of the adoption process. They'll also have the opportunity to attend MIPI interoperability workshops, participate in marketing opportunities and receive member-only updates.
Adopter and Contributor members additionally can participate in the Camera Interest Group, as well as MIPI Birds of a Feather Groups, such as the Physical AI BoF and the upcoming Die-to-Die BoF.
Next Contributor Trial Period Starts 1 September
If your company is currently an Adopter member of MIPI Alliance and interested in contributing to specification development and working group discussions, consider participating in the MIPI Alliance Contributor Trial Membership Program.
The next Contributor trial period will begin on 1 September 2026, allowing participants to join working groups, provide inputs into working group activities and attend MIPI Alliance Member Meeting #73, 19-23 October, in Taipei, Taiwan.
